The slices or wedges of the fruits or vegetables are layed on the lattices.

After switching on the machine the drying process starts automatically.

Capacity:  15kg apples / approx.10 hours, operating temperature: 65 °C, temperatur sensor PT 100 without calibration

15kg apples (6mm thick slices) on  4m² area are dryed in approx. 10 hours to 5%RH.

 

Drying Area: 4m² = 13 Triers with layers in stainless steel with 15x15 mm perforation
