Due to the use of a servo motor for the drive of the rotary table (no step-by-step motion gear) the time

Of the rest period and the movement period for different products and packing materials can be individually stored.

The time of these periods and the movements for different products and packing materials can be optimised and stored. These

means a considerably higher flexibility(for handing different viscosities resp.packing Materials) and in general a

considerably higher speed compared to maschines with a step by step motion gear.

 

The construction and performance of this filler meets the requirements of wet production.

The machine is equipped with a central lubrification. The parts in contact with a product, the working area and the machine

facing are made of stainless steel or food-approved material.

The working area is surrounded by interlocked guard doors on all sides.

The technical equipment of the machine is in accordance with CE regulations.

The machine is equipped with a processor control. All functions and malfunctions are shown on the display in clear text.

Machine with a 16-station rotary table and quick-change cup slats for round cups, seal lid and snap-on lid closure. Rotary table and quick-change cup slats are made of stainless steel AISI 304.

Machine equipment as follows:

* Extended Cup Storage                  
Extended storage magazine for cups. The cup stack is placed on a conveyor belt and the cups are automatically fed into the machine. The level in the single magazines is controlled by a sensor light and if the minimum quantity is reached the magazine isautomatically refilled. If the minimum quantity in the extended storage magazine is reached, the operator receives a massage on the display.
 

* Cup Dispenser                               
The cups are dispensed by special pull screws and are placed in the cups rings by vacuum.

* Cup Control                                    
The cups are controlled by optical sensors. The cup control recognizes both missing cups and two cups de-stacked simultaneously.

No cup or two cups de-stacked simultaneously – machine stops.                                                          

* Main Filling Station    Dosing Range 50- 200 ml

Piston dosing pump with turn cock and tappet valves to fill cream cheese, with conical product hopper, contents approx. 100 l, parts

In contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4571.

Due to the fact that the dosing piston is driven by a servo motor the piston movement for each product can be optimised and stored. In

addition the filling volume can be modified and stored in a operator panel.                                                            

*CIP-Version                                    
The main filling station is CIP-cleanable and can be connected to,

the customer´s existing automatic CIP-unit. The customer´s CIP-unit has to be equipped with both a pressure pump and a
scavenge pump.

Our price includes the butterfly valves required and the pipework within our machine for controlling the flow oft he cleaning fluids during the individual cleaning cycles. The valves are actuated by the control of our machine.                                                            

* Level Control                                   
A level probe in the hopper provides an analogous output signal for          

controlling a frequency-controlled product feeding pump.  Thus there is a constant level in the hopper.

* Cup Lifting Station                        
During the filling process the cup is lifted and then lowered to avoid

splashing and to guarantee the proper distribution of the product in  the cup.

Due to the fact that the cup lifting station is driven by a servo motor. The lifting movement for each product can be optimsed and stored.        


The cup lifing station is automatically adjusted to different cup 

heights by selecting the cup material on the operator panel.

The combined servo drive for dosing piston and cup lifting results in a considerably higher flexibility and speed as well as in a better product dustribution in the cup for different products compared to machines with a mechanical drive especially when filling products with different product viscosities. 

* Seal Lid Station                              
The seal lids are dispensed from the lid magazine by vacuum and the lids are placed exctly on the cups. No lid-machine stops. 
                                                            

* Lid Tacking Station                       
The lids are spot-sealed to the cup at the lid tacking station to ensure centered position of lid while the cup is moved between the stations. The sealing temperature is controlled – machine stops if temperature is too low.
                                                            

* Seal Lid Control                             
The seal lids are controlled on all 4 lanes between the seal lid station and the heat sealing station.
                                                        

*Heat Sealing Station                      
Pneumatically driven, sealing time, sealing pressure and temperature are adjustable. The sealing station can be lifted for an easy cleaning of the plates. The sealing temperature is controlled by a sensor. If it´s too low – machine stops.

* Snap-on Lid Station                       
The lids are dispensed from the magazine by vacuum and are snapped on the cups. No snap-on lid – machine stops.
                                                          

* Cup Lifting / Discharge                 
The closed cups are lifted and discharged tot he outfeed conveyor.

* Outfeed Conveyor

The integrated electronic cam control with dwell time compensation

Synchronized whatever production speed is selected.

* Central Lubrification                     
The grease pump is automatically activated by the machine control

at regular intervals. Thus all greasing points are automatically lubricated. In case of a pressure decrease in the lubricating pipes or if the lubricating container is empty the operator receives a message on the operator panel. The lubrification system is suitable for grease class 000.                                                                     

* Weight Adjustment                        
The weight is adjusted automaticcally by input oft he volume on the operator panel. Thus several weights can be stored in the processor control.
                                                                 

* Cup Height Adjustment                
The cup station and the filling station are automatically adjusted to
another cup height by selecting the cup type on the control panel. The values of all currently used cups are stored in the machine control.

* Draining Channels
